IEB Group LLC, Wyoming, United States - publisher of the Flowss application
Personal data collected through Flowss is processed by IEB Group LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company. The app is used worldwide, including in Morocco; additional local laws may apply to you.
We collect data necessary to run the service: email address (authentication), financial information you enter (transactions, budgets, goals), receipt images for OCR, device/push tokens, and preferences.
We use your data to provide the app, sync across devices, run optional AI and OCR features, send service notifications, and (with Stripe when you subscribe) process payments. We may use aggregated or de-identified data to improve the product.
Certain features of Flowss, including the AI coach and financial insights (or similar tools that use artificial intelligence), are powered by OpenAI through its application programming interface (API).
When you use these features, your messages and, depending on how you use the product, financial information you include in those interactions may be sent to OpenAI for processing so we can return responses to you. We use OpenAI only to operate these features, not for unrelated purposes.
Data processed by OpenAI is also subject to OpenAI's privacy policy, which explains how OpenAI handles information submitted to its services: https://openai.com/privacy.
AI features process data through OpenAI to generate responses. If you prefer not to have your messages or financial context handled this way, avoid using the AI coach and other AI-powered tools in the app.
Product analytics, research, or reuse of data that is not strictly necessary to run the app will be disclosed separately and, where required by law (including for users in Morocco under Law 09-08 / CNDP), collected only with explicit consent. In-app disclosures in French and Arabic will govern for Morocco-based users where they differ from this English summary.
We do not sell your personal information. Subprocessors include: Resend (verification email), OpenAI (AI coach and related features; see §3ter), Google Cloud (OCR), Stripe (subscriptions). They process data under contractual terms consistent with their roles.
Data may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our vendors operate. We implement appropriate safeguards (e.g. contracts, encryption in transit). If you reside in Morocco, you may have rights under Law 09-08 and may contact the CNDP at www.cndp.ma.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. Use Profile → Delete account to remove your account. California residents: you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA (know/delete, opt-out of sale - we do not sell personal information as defined by California law).
