By using Flowss, you accept these Terms of Service (« Terms »). If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Flowss is a personal finance application published by IEB Group LLC. It helps you track expenses, income, budgets, and savings goals, and offers general informational content via an AI assistant. We may offer free and paid plans (subscriptions processed by Stripe); plan limits are shown in the app. The service is available worldwide, including Morocco.

3. User Account

You must create an account to use the application. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and PIN.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
• You must not use the application for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Flowss is a personal finance management tool. AI suggestions do not constitute professional financial advice. IEB Group LLC is not responsible for financial decisions made based on information provided by the application.

6. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the jurisdiction of courts located in Wyoming for disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence require otherwise.
